This policy explains what information TheAIPlumbers™ collects, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to information you give us when you get in touch.
When you complete the contact form or email us, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company or team name, what is already in place, and the description of the process you want to discuss. We do not collect anything you have not entered yourself.
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people read and how the site performs. It sets no cookies, uses no browser fingerprinting, and collects no personal data. We see aggregated counts only: page views, referring sites, country, and page load speed. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers. We do not use it to train AI models.
When we work with you as a client, we access the business systems needed to design, build and test the automations we have agreed. Access is limited to the narrowest permissions that allow the work to be done, and only for as long as the engagement requires it. Your operational data stays in your own accounts and environments. We do not copy it into ours, and we do not use it to train models. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request.
We rely on a small number of third-party providers for things like email, file storage and website hosting. These providers process information only on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not disclose your information to anyone else except where we are legally required to.
We use a small number of first-party cookies to make the site work and to measure basic usage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required to meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices appropriate to the size of our operation. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you promptly and tell you what we are doing about it.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to certain processing, or to complain to your local data protection authority. Email legal@theaiplumbers.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We work with clients in more than one country, so information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
